Tristan Estates LLC is a family operation of multi-generational Marquette alumni started more than 25 years ago when the owner’s children were accepted to this great university. While putting their six children through Marquette, it became their mission to provide safe and affordable housing, while continuously enhancing the campus community. Tristan Estates now owns over 40 buildings on Marquette campus, as well as other housing on Milwaukee’s East Side, offering a variety of needs from studios and 1 bedroom apartments to 13 bedroom houses. Even though the business has grown, our dedication to warm communication, personal service, and an excellent product remains true to this day.
