I lived with them for a year before moving to another spot on campus and I am sad about leaving! My current landlord pales in comparison to them because he is very very hard to get a hold of and doesn't take care of problems right away. Tristan Estates always responded to my text messages and were very kind. My maintenance requests were fixed within 48 hours of any issue. I can attest that if you do a good job cleaning the majority of your security deposits will be returned. So get a mop folks!
